The Fusion ear cuff in 18-karat yellow and white gold pavé-set with brilliant cut diamonds is built around an open design which recreates the collection’s iconic wavy pattern. Inspired by the original designs by Nina Koppel, the cuff is sold as a single piece and slides easily onto the ear without requiring a piercing.
